Fujitsu PC products are renowned for their excellent quality; Technical Support number is 1800 288 284; Should you require repair service, simply follow the procedure below:
- Phone Customer Repair Center Line 1300 880 696 (Dingo Tech).
- A Technical Engineer will provide troubleshooting to analyse the fault and provide a possible solution/s
- Should the issue require service, the technical support team will transfer you to the service management centre to log the job and generate a service number
- After the job is logged, a service officer will contact you to advise the nearest service centre location (please note, without a service number the service centre cannot proceed with the job)
- To check the job status, phone 1800 226 347 and quote your service number, where a service centre officer will update you.
- Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the customer service team on 1800 288 283, or simply email customer.service@fujitsu-pcap.com.au. Fujitsu PC customer service representatives will look into the issues raised and respond within 24 hours.
